Common Wrist Stretches

Wrist Flexor Stretch
*****  Modification:  If pain, tingling, numbness increases - perform stretch with elbow slightly bent.  Discontinue if pain/symptoms persist

Wrist Extensor Stretch

  1. Begin with arm out in front, with your palm facing down
  2. Extend your elbow
  3. Slowly bend your wrist down towards the floor until a gentle stretch is felt
  4. Hold 30-45 seconds without increase in pain/symptoms
  5. Repeat 3-4 times on each side
