Common Wrist Stretches
Wrist Flexor Stretch
***** Modification: If pain, tingling, numbness increases - perform stretch with elbow slightly bent. Discontinue if pain/symptoms persist
Wrist Extensor Stretch
- Begin with arm out in front, with your palm facing down
- Extend your elbow
- Slowly bend your wrist down towards the floor until a gentle stretch is felt
- Hold 30-45 seconds without increase in pain/symptoms
- Repeat 3-4 times on each side
